Casa Bianca is a south facing three bedroom luxury villa set in the excellent Parque da Floresta -Santos Antonio Golf & Leisure resort. This villa is a good size with lots of outside space and has the benefit of wonderful views to the golf fairway, overlooking the 13th Tee
The resort itself boasts a fantastic 18 hole golf course, golf academy & driving range and tennis courts. The villa is 5 minutes drive from the very picturesque fishing village of Salema, which has a wonderful beach and many excellent restaurants. There are many more unspoilt beaches within easy reach which offer all year round fun and relaxation
Lagos a wonderful marina town steeped in history is only 15 minutes away and the lovely seaside town of Praia Da Luz is also less than 15 mins drive.
It's a beautiful area with enough for tourists but not as busy and built up as the eastern areas of the Algarve.
Casa Bianca is situated in a private cul-de-sac on the resort with only a few properties on the road. It's in a private position only a few steps from national park, where you can take walks.
A very comfy, tastefully decorated villa with all the essential facilities including good sized pool, terraces, outside kitchen with BBQ, spacious master bedroom en-suite, good wifi, cable tv (incl Sky Sports & many UK channels) and a Nespresso coffee machine!
You have private off road parking for up to two cars

A private spot
A pretty garden surrounds the villa with lawn and shrubs and the pool is very private, tucked low down at the back of the villa. Large parasols are provided around the pool and there are also parasols for the upper terraces. The villa is in a very peaceful spot - It’s a very special place!
The pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee and as a guide the fees are
- £250 in Spring - (1 April to 31 May)
- £200 in June, £150 in Summer - (1Jul- 31 Aug)
- £175 in Sept and £200 in Oct.
These charges reflect the current energy prices and are subject to change. This is an optional extra so please do request pool heating when you book and we will confirm the fees for you
We do NOT recommend pool heating between November and April as this would require a lot of energy and be too costly
Each bedroom has good mirrors and a hairdryer. We provide all linen and bath towels which are refreshed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels or you can hire XL beach towels at resort office for €10 per towel
A travel cot and high chair is available and the twin beds can be made into a King, if required (please specify when you book).
Bookings are for min 4 nights out of season and min 7 days in season.
We do request a £500 security deposit with the final balance payment, which is fully refundable subject to any any damage or breakages.
We reqire a 30% deposit to secure your booking with the final balance and security deposit being payable within 8 weeks of check in.
Our cancellation policy - we provide a full refund if cancellation is within 60 days and 50% refund within 30 days. We will always try to resell the dates and if successful will offer you a full refund - less any loss in rental if lower rates have to be offered to fill the dates.
In peak season we can only take weekly bookings with a Sat or Sunday changeover depending on current availability.
