Some technical details you may want to know....
Pool Heating - this can be arranged for you for an additional weekly fee and as a guide the fees are
- £250 in Spring - (1 April to 31 May)
- £200 in June, £150 in Summer - (1Jul- 31 Aug)
- £175 in Sept and £200 in Oct.
These charges reflect the current energy prices and are subject to change. This is an optional extra so please do request pool heating when you book and we will confirm the fees for you.
The heating provides a very comfortable temperature of around 28-30 degrees. It is important to pull the pool cover over the pool at night to retain your heat and avoid excessive energy use.
We do NOT recommend pool heating between November and April -this would require a lot of energy and be costly
Villa equipment
Each bedroom has good mirrors and a hairdryer. The twin beds can be made into a King, if required (please specify when you book).
We provide all linen and bath towels which are refreshed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels or you can hire XL beach towels at resort office for €10 per towel
A travel cot and high chair is available - one set of cot linen provided.
Ironing board, Iron, drying rack, bucket, mop, broom etc provided.
KItchen is equipped with Electric oven, Gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine.
Pool terrace is equipped with good quality sun loungers (6), dining table with chairs, 3 large parasols, outdoor BBQ/kitchen area, shower, pool net and pool cover to reserve pool heating at night.
Upper terraces are equipped with outfoor dining table and chairs on the SE terrace and lounge seating on the western terrace
Booking requiremennts
Bookings are for min 4 nights out of season and min 7 days in peak season.
We requier a £500 security deposit with the final balance payment, which is fully refundable subject to any any damage or breakages. Please do report breakages etc so we can get these replaced/fixed for you and furture guests.
We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking with the final balance and security deposit being payable within 8 weeks of check in.
Our cancellation policy - we provide a full refund if cancellation is within 60 days and 50% refund within 30 days. We will always try to resell the dates and if successful will offer you a full refund - less any loss in rental if lower rates have to be offered to fill the dates.
In peak season we can only take weekly bookings with a Sat or Sunday changeover depending on current availability.
